Women Helping Women:

Our mission is to end domestic violence through advocacy, education and prevention, and to offer safety, support and empowerment to women and children, victims of domestic violence.

From our start in 1977 as a grassroots effort to provide assistance and support for women victims of domestic violence, Women Helping Women has steadily grown to become an established non-profit agency that provides a comprehensive continuum of services to over 600 women, men, and children each year. Throughout our history, Women Helping Women has expanded our organizational capacity to support a variety of programs, projects and activities focused on direct intervention, advocacy, education and prevention. Today, Women Helping Women supports a staff of over 20 dedicated professionals, with offices in West Maui, Hana and on Lanai.

Anyone Can Be a Victim
Domestic violence can happen to anyone regardless of race, age, sexual orientation, religion, or gender. Domestic violence affects people of all socioeconomic backgrounds and education levels. Domestic violence occurs in both opposite-sex and same-sex relationships and can happen to intimate partners who are married, living together, or dating.

HOW TO ENTER TO WIN: There are different ways you can enter to win on the Share the Aloha website, all of which are easy to do.

Create & Share a Postcard. You can visit any Campaign page on the Share the Aloha website and create a postcard, which you can then share in a text or on social media using any one of the links provided in order to receive 100 FREE entries.

Get a Boost. When you share your postcard, others can Boost that postcard with a donation. When someone Boosts your postcard, you will receive 10 FREE entries to win for every one dollar ($1) they donate.

Give a Boost. You can Boost any designated photo or postcard on the Share the Aloha website by clicking the Boost button beneath the image and making a donation to receive entries to win. You will receive 10 entries to win for every one dollar ($1) you donate.

Selection Process: Conditional Winners will be chosen through a random selection process by PixlBank or its representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries held. A verification process will take place during which conditional Winners will be required to re-confirm their eligibility.
